Our Leadership & Team
Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful is a proud affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and Keep Georgia Beautiful, serving the greater Rome-Floyd County area through diverse environmental, beautification, and educational initiatives. Operating on a lean, single-coordinator model, KRFB drives its mission forward through the vital power of community volunteers and dedicated student leaders from our local colleges and universities.

Hannah Bagley
Program Coordinator
Since stepping into her role in 2021, Hannah Bagley has been a driving force behind pollution prevention, beautification efforts, and environmental education throughout Rome and Floyd County.
She began her career within the City of Rome Public Works Division, an invaluable foundation that gave her a firsthand understanding of the inner workings of municipal operations. Today, she leverages that institutional knowledge to foster deep collaborative efforts across all city departments, ensuring that environmental initiatives align seamlessly with broader community infrastructure.
In addition to her role with Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful, Hannah coordinates and oversees the City of Rome’s Tree Board. In this capacity, she helps champion the development and protection of the local urban canopy, treating our natural green spaces as vital community utility assets. Through this dual leadership, her work brings fresh creativity to community programs that help residents see the value in keeping our community clean, vibrant, and sustainable.
With a background in Communications from Georgia Highlands College, Hannah combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of effective messaging to engage diverse audiences and build partnerships that support the organization’s mission. She uses her communication skills to share the message of environmental stewardship in ways that truly resonate with the community.
A passionate artist, Hannah loves weaving art into her work to create more engaging, memorable learning experiences. One of her most creative contributions has been the children’s activity book “Croaky and Friends,” which blends storytelling, local wildlife education, and colorful illustrations to spark curiosity and make environmental topics fun for students and adults alike. Through this holistic and artistic approach, she’s helping the community see that learning about the environment can be both educational and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Hannah’s love for Rome shines through in her personal life. She enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors alongside her husband and daughter—cherished family experiences that deepen their shared connection to the natural spaces she works so passionately to protect. Through dedication, creativity, and a heartfelt commitment to her hometown, Hannah continues to guide Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful as a catalyst for positive change.
Behind the Scenes
Behind every clean riverway, newly planted tree, and vibrant public space is a community member who decided to show up and make a difference.

Our Campus Partners
No single person can move a mountain—or clean a river basin—alone. While our daily operations are managed by a single coordinator, the heartbeat of our hands-on community outreach is powered by our incredible partnership with Berry College and the Bonner Scholars Program.

Each year, dedicated Bonner Scholars step up to serve as extended staff, coordinators, and passionate field leaders for Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful.
From organizing large-scale litter remediation and managing our community program inventory, to engaging local youth with environmental education, these students bring vital energy, intellect, and commitment to our shared mission.
We are profoundly grateful for the enduring relationship between Berry College and KRFB. Together, we are bridging the gap between campus leadership and community service—cultivating the next generation of environmental stewards right here in Rome
